The Royal Women’s Hospital is seeking an Associate Unit Manager for a fixed-term, full-time opportunity located in Parkville, Melbourne. In this rewarding leadership role, you will support the unit leadership team in coordinating daily clinical operations, guiding nursing or healthcare staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. You will act as a role model, foster a positive and collaborative team culture, and assist with clinical governance, staff development, and resource management within the unit.
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Relevant clinical registration and experience in a similar healthcare setting are essential for this role.
