The Queensland Department of Education is currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Officer to join the Student Services team at Yeronga State High School. This is an Attendance Officer role based in the Brisbane area, offering a rewarding opportunity to support students, families, and school staff within a dynamic educational environment.
This position is offered on a temporary basis, running from the start of Term 2 until the end of the school year, with a possibility of extension based on operational requirements. As an Attendance Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will generally include:
- Monitoring and recording student daily attendance and managing related inquiries

- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the Student Services team
- Assisting school leadership and teachers with attendance reporting and follow-up procedures
