Safelite is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee in Winooski, Chittenden County. As a Technician Trainee, you will be enrolled in our structured training program designed to educate you on all aspects of auto glass services. You will learn the fundamental skills necessary to safely and accurately perform glass repair, replacement, and vehicle recalibrations. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will earn the Safelite SafeTech certification, qualifying you to transition into performing these tasks independently and without supervision.

Key expectations and general responsibilities for this position include:
- Participating fully in all required training sessions and educational modules to learn auto glass repair and replacement techniques.
- Learning the correct procedures for handling tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Practicing vehicle glass recalibration procedures under the guidance of experienced instructors.
- Interacting professionally and courteously with customers, answering questions, and providing a welcoming experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
