Barceló Explotaciones Hoteleras Canarias is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join the team as an Ayudante de Camarero/a at the Barceló Imagine in Madrid. In this role, you will assist the food and beverage team in delivering high standards of hospitality and efficient service to guests. Your daily responsibilities will naturally align with standard hospitality support duties, ensuring smooth operations across dining areas, bars, or event spaces within the hotel.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Assisting the waitstaff and dining room team with setting up and preparing tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Welcoming guests, presenting menus, and helping take food and beverage orders as required.
- Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring guest needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Clearing tables, resetting spaces, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in all service zones.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Providing courteous, attentive customer service in line with Barceló brand standards.
