We are currently seeking a professional and passionate Bartender (M/F) to join our team for an exciting new opening in Dubai. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering the high-quality service and authentic Italian spirit that defines the Big Mamma experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverages in accordance with our brand standards.
- Engaging with guests to provide exceptional service and enhance their dining experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar area.
- Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory management to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborating with the rest of the service team to ensure a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations relevant to the Dubai hospitality sector.
