Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 behavioral and instructional support to elementary or middle school students within a special education setting.
- Implementing positive behavior support plans and monitoring student progress consistently.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive educational and behavioral approach.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student behaviors and intervention strategies.
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment that aligns with the values and standards of ChanceLight.
