As a Bell Person, you will play an essential role in creating magical guest experiences from the moment they arrive. During the 3rd shift, Cast Members may be required to perform job functions for both bell and valet roles. Your daily duties will help ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Transporting guest luggage to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
• Providing proper care and secure storage of guest property.
• Delivering items to guest rooms, including newspapers, express check-outs, flowers, packages, and boxes.
• Assisting arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including shuttles, buses, and driving all types of guest and resort vehicles.
• Greeting guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude while maintaining high guest service expectations.
• Proactively addressing guest needs by answering questions, providing directions, and offering information regarding the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas.
• Working indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, including extreme temperatures and high humidity.

Basic qualifications to apply:

• Must possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license and a clean driving record with no tickets, accidents, or moving violations in the past 12 months.
• Demonstrated ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Willingness and availability to work graveyard shifts if needed.
• Full-time schedule availability requiring open availability seven days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment.
• Previous experience working in a parking service type facility, such as airports, business office buildings, or private parking structures.
• Bilingual skills or knowledge of the Hawaiian or Japanese language.
• Previous computer and/or cash handling experience.
