Due to consistent growth across our business, we are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Welder to join our team on a full-time basis at our Eagle Farm location in Brisbane.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing operations, applying your trade skills to build and assemble high-quality waste management equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve interpreting engineering drawings, performing structural fabrication, and executing precision welding tasks to meet our strict quality and safety standards.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings relevant trade qualifications and proven hands-on experience in a similar manufacturing or fabrication environment. Key requirements for success in this position include:
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker or Welder with demonstrated industry experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical plans
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and fabrication processes
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality control procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative production team
This full-time position offers a competitive salary package ranging from A$79,000 to A$81,000 per year, commensurate with your skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to work with an established industry leader that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and ongoing business growth.
