Epic Homes SA is seeking a dedicated and skilled Bricklayer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in the Craigmore and Playford area. We specialize in designing and building custom homes, undertaking renovations, managing commercial projects, and developing land. Our core focus is on modern architecture, quality craftsmanship, and client-centered service, as we guide our clients from the initial consultation through to the final handover.
In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining walls, partitions, and various other structures using bricks, blocks, and related masonry materials. You will work closely with our construction team to ensure that all building work meets our high standards of quality and aligns with our custom architectural designs.
Key responsibilities for the Bricklayer position include:
- Laying bricks, pre-cut stone, concrete blocks, and other types of masonry units to construct walls, foundations, and partitions
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and material requirements
- Mixing mortar and grout, and applying them evenly to ensure structural integrity and a clean finish
- Repairing and maintaining existing brickwork and masonry structures
- Checking vertical and horizontal alignment of structures using plumb lines and spirit levels
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work site in compliance with industry standards and company policies
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging between A$75,000 and A$85,000, commensurate with experience. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with an established residential and commercial builder known for its commitment to excellence.
