Teleperformance is seeking skilled and dedicated British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a work-from-home position offering an annual salary of £37,566, with an expected start date in July 2026. As a BSL Interpreter with Teleperformance, your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and professional sign language interpretation services for our clients and customers. You will facilitate effective communication across a variety of remote interactions, ensuring clarity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards of interpreting.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualification requirements:
- Hold a recognized Level 6 NVQ qualification in British Sign Language (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate fluency and high-level proficiency in BSL and English.
- Possess the necessary home workspace and reliable technology setup to support remote, customer-facing operations.
Our operational hours run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. We offer 16-hour shift options to accommodate different schedules, including evening and weekend configurations:
- Option 1: Friday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Saturday 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, plus one 3-hour shift on a weekday evening.
- Option 2: Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Option 3: Fully flexible shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday between 11:30 AM – 3:45 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM.
