Teleperformance is currently seeking qualified British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a work-from-home position with a start date scheduled for July 2026. Candidates based in or around the Stanley, Liverpool area are welcome to apply for this exciting opportunity to facilitate communication and provide professional interpretation services remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and fluent British Sign Language interpretation for clients across various digital channels. You will ensure seamless communication, uphold professional standards of confidentiality, and deliver exceptional service during every interaction within our standard operational hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £36,898 per year, alongside opportunities for career development in a supportive and inclusive virtual working environment. To succeed in this position, applicants must hold the required Level 6 NVQ qualification in British Sign Language.
We offer flexible shift patterns designed to accommodate different schedules, including:
- Option 1: Friday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Saturday 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and one 3-hour shift on a weekday evening (16 hours total available)
- Option 2: Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Option 3: Fully flexible shifts running Monday to Thursday between 11:30 AM – 3:45 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM
