EIR Building and Maintenance Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Associate (Construction Site Supervisor) for an immediate start. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Banksmeadow within the Botany Bay area, offering a competitive starting salary of $90,000 per year plus superannuation.
In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can hit the ground running and effectively coordinate resources on site.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Organising and managing the necessary construction materials and manpower required for ongoing projects.
- Supervising site activities to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project timelines.
- Communicating effectively with team members, contractors, and management to resolve any site-related issues.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety guidelines.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Not less than three years of relevant, verifiable experience in organising and managing materials and manpower for construction projects.
- Must possess own reliable transport to travel to and from the site.
- Must provide your own appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
