Building Manager | Multiple Opportunities Available

Frontline Construction Australia is currently seeking experienced professionals for multiple permanent Building Manager positions based in The Rocks, Sydney, and surrounding areas. We are partnering with a well-established property and facilities management organisation to offer these exciting full-time career opportunities with a competitive salary package ranging from A$100,000 to A$115,000 per year.

In this role, you will oversee residential portfolios that typically consist of up to three residential buildings. This manageable portfolio size allows you to build strong, positive relationships with residents while effectively maintaining high operational standards across the properties.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:

• Managing day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential building portfolios
• Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and building policies
• Coordinating routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and scheduled contractor services
• Maintaining common areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Handling administrative duties, logging maintenance requests, and reporting to management

To be successful in this position, you should be an experienced Building Manager with a strong background in property or facilities management. You possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges independently and professionally.
