Business Banking Relationship Manager – Baltimore Metro

We are currently seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in the Baltimore Metro area. This position is based out of our locations at 100 International Dr in Baltimore or 11333 McCormick Rd in Hunt Valley, operating on a 1st shift schedule with a 40-hour work week. This role follows our in-office culture with specific requirements for office-based attendance, while allowing for an appropriate level of flexibility based on role-specific considerations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million. You will actively manage and deepen relationships with high-value and opportunity clients, support the growth and profitability of the small business customer base, and acquire new client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and developing external referral sources.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end client journey to deliver on client needs, drive sales opportunities, and open core small business accounts while adhering to procedural guidelines.
• Delivering a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios by spending a minimum of 80% of your time in the field.
• Identifying and referring specialized small business solutions, conducting relationship reviews, and leveraging knowledge of credit to advise small business owners on services and digital capabilities.
• Fostering collaborative relationships with key partners such as Merchant, Practice Solutions, Treasury, and Business Banking.
• Analyzing financial conditions, interpreting financial statements and cash flow analysis, and supporting the execution of the sales delivery model.

Required qualifications include proven success in consultative financial services or business-to-business sales, a passion for outside sales and prospecting, strong financial analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with CRM platforms and banking systems. A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is the minimum education requirement, while a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant work experience—is also valued.

The annualized salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00, with final offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is formulaic incentive eligible, allowing participants to earn monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentives based on performance against defined metrics.
