TRAPP WHYTE INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis in Earlville, Cairns. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced café environment while delivering exceptional food and service. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from A$70,000 to A$90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience.
In this role, you will play a key part in the daily success of the venue by supporting standard operating procedures, maintaining high standards of presentation, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Key responsibilities for the Cafe Supervisor include:
- Supervise and support the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members to achieve high performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
- Assist with team rostering, workflow management, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with management to drive service excellence and enhance the overall guest experience.
