- Providing comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Monitoring patient vital signs, managing cardiac medications, and promptly responding to changes in patient status.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and department leadership to coordinate seamless patient care plans.
- Educating patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions, post-treatment care, and healthy lifestyle modifications.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records for all assigned patients.
- Participating actively in hospital councils, quality improvement projects, and nursing initiatives aimed at advancing patient care practices.
