All Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing care team on a full-time basis, serving the South Hinksey and Oxford areas, along with surrounding locations such as Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, and Henley-on-Thames.

As a Care Assistant with us, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably in their own homes, ensuring their dignity, safety, and well-being are always prioritised.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Assisting clients with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting clients with medication management and healthcare needs as outlined in their care plans.
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with household tasks and light domestic duties.
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and social interaction to help combat loneliness.
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes to senior team members promptly.
