MyHouse, part of Australia’s largest specialty homewares retailer with over 260 stores nationally encompassing the House, Casa, Maison, and Home brands, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join the team at our Sunshine Plaza location in Maroochydore.

As a key face of our brand, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service, sharing useful product knowledge, and providing practical ‘how to’ advice to guarantee total customer satisfaction. Our stores are the premier destination for all cooking, baking, entertaining, gift-giving essentials, and stylish homewares.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in this retail environment will typically include:

Greeting and assisting customers with a welcoming and helpful attitude
Demonstrating expert product knowledge across our extensive range of homewares and kitchen essentials
Operating the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
Assisting with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual presentation standards on the shop floor
Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve store goals

We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in home and lifestyle products. Previous retail or customer service experience is valued, along with the flexibility to work a casual roster that may include weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods.
