Hill Bros. is currently seeking professional and reliable CDL-A Company Drivers for our regional routes. If you meet our minimum requirement of 6 months of driving experience, you have the opportunity to earn a competitive annual salary between $88,000 and $97,000 per year.
As a regional driver with Hill Bros., you can expect consistent mileage and reliable scheduling designed to balance your income goals with regular home time. Our freight lanes cover the central portion of the country, meaning no coast-to-coast driving—our operations extend no further west than Denver, east to Indianapolis, southeast to Atlanta, and south to Dallas.
Here is what you can expect from the position:
- Annual earnings ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 per year based on performance and miles
- New pay structure featuring a base rate of $0.65 CPM, plus a $0.06 production bonus and a $0.01 safety bonus
- Averaging 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week
- Consistent regional schedule: run for 6 to 8 days, then take your 34- to 48-hour break at home
- Home weekly, with opportunities to touch the house during the week as well
- Option to stay out longer and access additional miles if you want to increase your earning potential
