As a regional driver with Hill Bros., you will experience steady miles and reliable scheduling. We offer competitive pay structures supported by a recent pay raise, designed to reward your hard work on the road.

- Earn $88,000 to $97,000 per year with competitive per-mile pay, a production bonus, and a safety bonus
- Consistent mileage averaging 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week

- Run for 6 to 8 days, then enjoy your 34- to 48-hour break at home
