Hill Bros. is currently seeking dependable and motivated CDL-A Company Drivers for our regional routes. If you meet our requirement of at least 6 months of verifiable driving experience, you can enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 per year, backed by a new pay raise structure that includes $0.65 CPM, a $0.06 production bonus, and a $0.01 safety bonus.
As a regional driver with Hill Bros., you will experience consistent scheduling and dependable miles averaging between 2,200 and 2,800 miles per week. Our operating lanes keep you away from the coasts—running no further west than Denver, east to Indianapolis, southeast to Atlanta, and south to Dallas—allowing for a predictable and balanced schedule.
Key responsibilities and operational details for this full-time position include:
- Safely operating a commercial motor vehicle along designated regional routes
- Running for 6 to 8 days at a time, with the opportunity to stay out longer if you want to increase your earnings
- Enjoying regular home time, taking your 34 to 48 hours at home and getting home every week, plus touching the house during the week
- Maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your equipment
