Chargé d’études de prix H/F – Second Oeuvre (CDI)

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and pricing studies for finishing and interior trade packages (second œuvre) on various construction projects. Working closely with project management and technical teams, your core responsibilities will typically involve:

• Analyzing tender documents, architectural plans, and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
• Consulting with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain pricing and material quotes.
• Calculating quantities, labor costs, and material expenses to build accurate and competitive pricing proposals.
• Preparing commercial bids, technical write-ups, and participation files for project tenders.
• Collaborating with operational teams during the handover phase from the estimating stage to project execution.
