Witherslack Group is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis in New Bilton, Rugby. Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Providing compassionate, consistent day-to-day care and emotional support for children and young people living in a residential setting.
- Building trusting, professional relationships to help residents feel safe, valued, and understood.
- Encouraging participation in daily routines, educational activities, and recreational hobbies.
- Assisting young people in developing essential life skills to support their transition into adulthood.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider care and support team.
- Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive home environment aligned with company policies and welfare standards.
The salary for this full-time position is £33,113 per year. Earning potential may be supplemented through additional elements such as sleep-ins, depending on your working pattern and agreement.
