As a driver with Hill Bros., you will enjoy a consistent schedule and reliable mileage. Key details of the route and compensation structure include:
- Estimated earnings of $88,000 to $97,000 per year
- New pay rate featuring $0.65 CPM, plus a $0.06 production bonus and a $0.01 safety bonus
- Averaging 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week
- Regional runs covering areas up to Denver in the west, Indianapolis to the east, Atlanta to the southeast, and Dallas to the south (no coast-to-coast driving)
- Touch the house during the week and get home every week, running for 6 to 8 days followed by a 34 to 48-hour reset at home
- Option to stay out longer to access additional miles and higher earnings if desired
