We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and a key point of contact. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful media and marketing solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives and drive meaningful results.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong and collaborative partnerships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and oversee strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for client growth and delivering innovative solutions rooted in bold thinking.
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Translating client goals into actionable briefs for internal specialists and maintaining clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
