This is an exciting opportunity to join Missouri’s largest emergency care facility, operating within a state-of-the-art, 52,000-square-foot department designed to handle high-acuity needs and diverse patient populations.
In this dynamic role, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team working across an 80-bed facility that features six specialized care areas, including dedicated Trauma/Critical Care and Behavioral Health units. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and teamwork are essential to delivering positive health outcomes.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $66,560 to $100,422, commensurate with qualifications and experience. BJC Healthcare provides a professional practice environment that supports ongoing development and values the critical contributions of its nursing staff.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing direct patient care and ongoing assessment in a high-volume emergency setting.
- Collaborating closely with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatments.

- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records and documentation.
