We are currently seeking a dedicated Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Ngunnawal within the Gungahlin area. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting robust network and systems infrastructure for our diverse client base. You will work closely with our consulting team to analyze client requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver reliable technology solutions that align with their strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining secure local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and server environments.
- Monitoring system performance and network availability to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with team members on digital transformation projects and client ICT strategy implementations.
- Applying system updates, patches, and security configurations to protect organizational assets.
- Documenting network topologies, system configurations, and standard operating procedures for clients and internal use.
