Cyclo Construction and Fitout is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Unanderra within the Wollongong area. Cyclo Group provides comprehensive commercial design, approval, and construction solutions, specialising in the Veterinary, Animal Care, Medical, and Human Services industries. Headquartered in the Illawarra, we also maintain offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, and on the NSW Central Coast. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our commercial construction and fitout projects by managing contracts, procurement, and financial administration. We are offering a competitive salary range of A$100,000 to A$130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience.
Key responsibilities for the Contract Administrator include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and administering subcontract agreements, tender documents, and procurement schedules.
- Managing progress claims, variations, payment schedules, and subcontractor invoicing.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, estimators, and site teams to monitor project costs and financial performance.
- Assisting with risk management, contractual correspondence, and dispute resolution as required.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant legislative requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in contract administration within the construction or fitout sector, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and clients will be essential to your success at Cyclo Group.
