As a Cook at Next Gen, you will play an essential role in preparing and serving high-quality meals within our spectacular club environment. You will work alongside a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our members and guests.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety standards
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Managing food ingredients and stock handling as required
