As part of the Noodle Box family, you will help bring the diverse flavours and dynamic cooking styles of South-East Asia to our customers. Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Operating woks and other commercial kitchen equipment efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring all food preparation areas adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborating effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service
- Managing ingredient inventory and assisting with general kitchen duties as required
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a strong work ethic, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen setting. Relevant cooking experience and a collaborative team-oriented attitude are highly valued.
We are offering a competitive remuneration package of A$78,000 to A$85,000 per year for these full-time opportunities.
