As an IT Operation Specialist focusing on Control-M Automation, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our digital infrastructure and automated processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:
- Managing, monitoring, and maintaining Control-M automation environments and scheduling systems.
- Ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of IT operational workflows and batch processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the digital campus framework to enhance operational efficiency.
- Documenting procedures, system configurations, and operational changes in accordance with company standards.
