Global Grand Investment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate General Manager to lead operations at the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand, one of regional Victoria’s premier hospitality destinations. Located in the heart of Mildura, our property features 99 well-appointed guest rooms, multiple vibrant restaurants and bars, comprehensive conference and wedding facilities, and extensive function spaces.
This is a full-time, permanent executive opportunity offering an attractive salary package ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 per annum plus superannuation, with the exact placement within the range dependent upon your qualifications and experience.
As the Corporate General Manager, you will take full ownership of the property’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team leadership. You will work closely with department heads to maintain exceptional service standards, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure a memorable experience for both leisure and corporate guests visiting the region.
Key responsibilities and expectations for the role include:
- Overseeing all operational departments, including accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, and functions.
- Developing and executing business strategies to maximize profitability, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
- Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, liquor licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers, corporate clients, and the broader community.
