We are currently seeking a customer-focused team member to join us in the role of Customer Service and Optical Assistant at our North Ward location in Townsville. In this dynamic position, you will be the welcoming face of our store, guiding patients through their optical journey while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Welcoming patients warmly and providing exceptional, friendly customer service both in-store and over the phone.
- Assisting customers with frame selection, styling advice, and fitting to ensure they find the right eyewear for their needs.
- Managing appointment bookings, processing transactions, and handling general administrative store duties.
- Working collaboratively with optometrists and team members to maintain a smooth, efficient, and professional clinic environment.
- Educating patients on product features, lens options, and current promotions.
