As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in bringing this mission to life for every person who reaches out to our clinics.
In this part-time role, your responsibilities will naturally include:
- Delivering compassionate, professional, and patient-centred customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Guiding patients through our clinic processes with empathy, clarity, and strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Handling general inquiries regarding our services, appointments, and general information about plant-based medicine access.
- Collaborating closely with clinical and dispensary staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless patient journey.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information within our administrative systems.
