Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional guest service by being courteous, always greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact.
• Conducting all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures, including retail and fuel sales transactions.
• Maintaining cash drawers, securing funds in the safe, and performing cashier reconciliations at the end of each shift.
• Performing consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car washes.
• Preparing food and hot beverage products, managing ExtraMile and KKC foodservice to maximize sales and minimize loss, and following proper kitchen and sanitation procedures.
• Actively promoting store specials, checking delivered goods for accuracy, and stocking shelves, coolers, and display areas.
• Supporting established safety, security, and quality guidelines while maintaining a neat appearance and professional demeanor.

Job requirements and qualifications for this role:

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations.
• Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law; cooking or restaurant experience is preferred.

Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods on hard or uneven surfaces, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds independently or using team-lift techniques for heavier objects, and working around equipment with high temperatures while using appropriate personal protective equipment.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $19.25 to $20.25 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts available, direct deposit, health and wellness packages available for purchase, education reimbursement, shift differential pay for select shifts, and commuter benefit programs.
