Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers courteously, maintaining a professional demeanor, and thanking every guest while making eye contact.
• Conducting point-of-sale activities accurately and safely across multiple forms of payment, managing cash drawers, and performing shift reconciliations.
• Preparing food and hot beverages, including operating kitchen and sanitation procedures for products like Krispy Krunchy Chicken while adhering to county and city regulations.
• Promoting store specials, managing inventory levels, checking in deliveries, and restocking retail shelves and coolers.
• Performing consistent cleaning duties across indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car washes.
• Adhering strictly to safety, security, quality guidelines, and age-restricted product sales laws.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in English to understand company policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations, and at least 21 years of age for specific shifts or positions where applicable.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, reach, and lift products up to 25 pounds using proper techniques.
