BSS Psychology, the leading and largest Western Australian owned and based employee assistance provider within the resource and industry sector across Australia, is seeking a dedicated professional for a Customer Service Representative position. This opportunity spans across our Osborne Park and Mandurah locations, operating on a part-time basis within the Perth area.
This role is ideal for psychology students seeking hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing initial inquiries, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced setting.
We are seeking a mature-minded, highly skilled applicant to join our team. To be successful in this varied and pivotal role, candidates should possess the following attributes and background:
- Demonstrated experience in a reception or call centre environment
- A medical or similar professional background, which will be highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with diverse client needs
- The ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
