Programmed is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service/Yard Operator to join the team on a full-time basis in Victoria, Australia, working in partnership with Lysaght Bluescope. This is a hands-on position designed for individuals who enjoy a blend of direct customer interaction and active, physical yard duties in a dynamic operational environment.
The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 6:30am to 2:30pm, offering a consistent schedule with a competitive pay rate of $35.00 per hour. In this position, you will serve as a key representative of the company, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring the yard runs smoothly and efficiently each day.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Serving customers and efficiently processing cash sales
- Delivering friendly, professional, and prompt customer service at all times
- Assisting customers with loading products safely and securely
- Performing manual handling tasks and general yard operations
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
