Cavalry freelancing is currently seeking a talented Producer or Senior Producer specialising in experiential projects for an initial 8-week freelance contract, with the potential for extension. Based out of The Rocks in Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement, this is a fast-paced role offering an immediate start for the right candidate on an exciting client account with a leading experiential agency.
As an experiential Producer or Senior Producer, you will be responsible for bringing creative brand concepts to life and managing them seamlessly from initial planning all the way through to on-site execution. You will collaborate closely with internal agency teams, external partners, and clients to ensure that all project deliverables are executed to the highest possible standard, on time, and within scope.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Leading the end-to-end production of experiential campaigns, activations, and brand events.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborating with creative and account teams to translate strategic goals into engaging physical and digital brand experiences.
- Overseeing third-party suppliers, vendors, and production crews on-site during execution.
- Ensuring seamless delivery and resolving any challenges proactively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
