Cycle Technician

In this role, your unbridled enthusiasm for bikes combined with your knack for customer service is what will lead you to success. You will be responsible for delivering market-leading standards of cycle service and repair across a wide variety of models, ensuring every customer receives exceptional care and expertise.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in the workshop and on the shop floor will typically include:

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs on a diverse range of bicycles
• Working on kids’ bikes, adult bikes, premium models, high-performance cycles, and electric bikes (ebikes)
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
• Building and preparing new cycles to the highest safety and quality standards
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers regarding cycle maintenance, upgrades, and accessories
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Compensation for this role is structured by age: for team members aged 21 and over, the rate is £13.11 per hour, and for those under 21, the rate is £11.25 per hour.
