In this role, you will play an essential part in our daily operations, ensuring the welfare of our livestock and the smooth functioning of our farm infrastructure. Your primary day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Operate and maintain advanced dairy milking systems and associated equipment
- Monitor livestock health and behavior, promptly reporting any concerns
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Assist with general herd management and daily paddock rotations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with farm standards
