Maven Dental is seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to join the team at Maven Dental Stafford Heights in Brisbane. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and delivering exceptional care to every patient who walks through our doors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of clinical and administrative duties designed to support both our dental practitioners and our patients. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment.
- Provide chairside assistance across a diverse variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms efficiently and maintain strict infection control standards at all times.
- Handle the thorough sterilisation of instruments and manage clinical stock levels.
- Support the reception team by managing patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every patient throughout their visit.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to patient care. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting, possess excellent attention to detail, and be able to multitask effectively between clinical and administrative tasks. Prior experience in a dental practice or relevant clinical setting is highly regarded.
