Kolbe Catholic College is currently seeking an inspiring and dedicated professional for the full-time position of Director of Students Senior Years at our St Clare Campus, located in Greenvale within the Hume area. This ongoing role features a commencement date in August 2026, which is negotiable for the right candidate, and includes an ongoing teaching opportunity. The salary for this position ranges from A$116,000 to A$140,000 per year.
In this leadership role, you will be ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people by championing student wellbeing and fostering an environment where senior students can thrive. We are looking for a collaborative leader who can work effectively with staff, students, and families to support academic and personal success during the crucial senior years of secondary education.
Key responsibilities for the Director of Students Senior Years include:
- Building strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues within the school community.
- Leading and coordinating student wellbeing initiatives and behavioral support frameworks specifically tailored to the senior years.
- Applying strategic thinking and leadership to guide student growth, engagement, and pastoral care programs.
- Collaborating closely with the teaching staff and leadership team to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Delivering quality classroom teaching as part of the ongoing teaching component of the position.
