Kangaroo Disability Services (KDS) is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Disability Carers across multiple full-time positions in the Adelaide region. In this rewarding full-time role, you will work closely with our participants to deliver personalized care and assistance aligned with their individual support plans. Your daily responsibilities will naturally involve supporting participants in their daily routines, encouraging independence, promoting community participation, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. You will play a vital role in upholding our organizational values and helping participants achieve their personal goals.
We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year, reflecting the importance of the work you do.
