We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Italy as a Distrigo Zone Manager.

As a Distrigo Zone Manager within Stellantis in Italia, you will play a key role in driving our aftermarket and parts distribution network strategy. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing zone operations, supporting distributor relationships, and executing commercial objectives to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction across the designated territory.

Key responsibilities in this role typically include:

Managing and developing the Distrigo network within the assigned zone in Italy.
Collaborating closely with parts distributors and commercial partners to achieve sales and performance targets.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Implementing corporate strategies and commercial policies at the local level.
Providing regular reporting on zone performance, forecasts, and operational challenges to senior management.

To be successful in this position, candidates should demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and relationship-management skills, and a solid understanding of automotive parts distribution or related sectors. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment and possess the ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
