We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, offering a competitive salary range of A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year.
As an Early Childhood Teacher with Voyage Education Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a positive attitude toward lifelong learning. You will work collaboratively with our passionate team of educators to design and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of the children in our care.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Crafting a curriculum and daily learning experiences that align with approved early childhood frameworks and developmental milestones.
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction.
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress and learning outcomes to support individual growth.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to ensure effective communication and community engagement.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and compliant learning space in accordance with health and safety standards.
