We are currently seeking motivated professionals for full-time roles encompassing Labourer / Electrical Trade Assistant, Salesperson, and Solar Installer. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced local team dedicated to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction across our residential and commercial projects.
The salary for this full-time position ranges from A$65,000 to A$110,000 per year, commensurate with the specific role, your relevant background, and your experience level within the electrical and solar industry.
Key responsibilities and daily expectations may include:
- Assisting licensed electricians and solar installers with on-site preparations, manual handling, and general labor duties.
- Safely mounting, wiring, and installing solar panels and related systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Engaging with customers, discussing energy solutions, and supporting sales efforts tailored to Darwin homeowners.
- Maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating effectively with team members across various installation and maintenance projects throughout the Northern Territory.
