We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in the Oak Park and Moreland area. In this pivotal role, you will help lead our academic operations and support our ongoing mission to deliver high-quality vocational education to a diverse student body.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we proudly offer over 32 nationally recognised courses spanning trade, occupation-specific, and short-term programs. With a strong track record of nurturing more than 2,500 students and awarding over 8,000 certificates, our institution is fully committed to providing industry-approved, ASQA-regulated training designed for career changers, mature-age learners, and students from all backgrounds.
In the capacity of Education Manager, your core responsibilities will typically involve:
- Overseeing day-to-day educational programs and ensuring compliance with ASQA regulations and RTO standards.
- Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with our training staff to maintain high standards of course delivery.
- Monitoring student progress and engagement to ensure positive learning outcomes across our trade, occupation-specific, and short-term courses.
- Assisting with curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with current industry standards.
- Fostering a supportive, inclusive, and accessible learning environment for learners of all backgrounds and experience levels.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of A$100,000 to A$110,000 per year, commensurate with your background and expertise in the vocational education and training sector. We value professional leadership that drives student success and institutional growth.
