We are currently seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer to join our team based in Askam-In-Furness, Cumbria. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the testing, validation, and commissioning of complex electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure they meet rigorous operational and safety standards.
Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Executing electrical and instrumentation commissioning activities in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues during the testing phase.
- Recording and analyzing commissioning data, ensuring all documentation and test results are accurately maintained.
- Identifying system anomalies and supporting root-cause analysis for electrical and instrumentation faults.
- Adhering strictly to company health, safety, and environmental standards across all onsite operations.
