Kier Group is currently seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based primarily out of Holcot, Northampton, with operational reach across surrounding regions including Northamptonshire, Cambridge, King’s Lynn, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, and Luton, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of building services projects.
In this position, you will work standard full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm. You will play a key role in providing essential technical expertise, engineering support, and practical solutions across multiple sites, ensuring that all electrical systems and building services operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing expert technical advice and engineering support across various project sites.
- Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assisting with the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing effective solutions on-site.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in electrical engineering and building services, combined with the ability to travel across our regional operating areas as required.
